5 Reasons I Opted to Live in Virginia & Not Calfornia (Video Version)
Video clip (thanks to Meng Fei for taking the video) on my 5th speech with CBN/ Regent University staff (Toastmasters) on reasons I opted (retire) to stay in Virginia:
1. Education & Recreation for Samuel (Above 8.0 school score, sports, library)
2. Beach Front Home (Price is Right, Good Neighbor, proximity to community, stores)
3. Career & Business Opportunity (clients, start-up friendly, 2nd career to love)
4. Family, Friends & Cultural Diversity (Food, museum, places to visit - proximity)
5. Climate (4 seasons, parks, not too cold-not too hot)
